Being harassed and blackmailed at work.

sometimes you need to beat the sh1t out of this kind of people to gain respect.

if you can't take him alone, call up your buddy and gang handle him.

next day show up at work like nothing happens. then ask him if he wants some more beating.

Quickest way to get fired plus get jail time, plus if this guy is connected quickest way to get a one way free late night trip down to the pine barrens.

Catch him out with emails, recordings, proof etc. If you have written witness reports from other colleagues it will help too. Then go through HR. I would just wait for him one day after work and KICK his fuckin ass then see if he still blackmails you.
