I'm not sure what google has done about it but I've heard of some pretty large security breeches in the original chrome at least. I enjoy my firefox.

Wow... I figured my thread peaked at the dick in my ear GIF.
I thought I might get a cool story bro, but that is where it end. Yeah I have firefox installed and I do use it sometimes (for watching porn)... But for traditional surfing I just use safari. Occasionally when I'm putzing around the internet I end up on youtube, etc. and it's such a pain to open firefox and copy the link. So shame on me I guess I should know better. What sucks is that it's all just a bunch of software companies pissing on each other and the consumer is just continually getting drug through it. It's not that it can't be made to work, they just don't do it out of spite. Not sure how many of you remember it, but there was an issue with Safari for about 18 months where you couldn't use it to log-in to MSN/Hotmail/Live email accounts more than one time. There was some kind of cookie problem where it would lock you out after you logged on once and the only way to fix it was to restart Safari. There were several inquires put to Microsoft to which they responded that "They'd get to it when they could. Usability for Mac users isn't are biggest concern". |

That's not Apple's fault. It's adobe's fault for not programing Flash to run properly on OS X. Number one cause of Safari crashing is because of flash being a POS.

Flash works fine for me. Never had a problem, and I have a 1st generation MacBook Pro. So the problem seems to be you and your choice of browser.
Firefox FTW.

This is the number one reason Apple will not allow flash to run on any of their mobile products, it causes all short of systems issue, if all that crashes is safari be happy, I seen some crap site with flash content crash me entire Mac. A bunch of hackers programmed it. Yes Firefox does handle the POS better than safari but it could still cause you system to hang or crash which is hard to do on a Mac. |
