Direct TV NFL Sunday Ticket

Does anyone know if NFL Sunday Ticket online works in say Europe or Asia if I have a subscription to it based in the US?

from my understanding it does not. THey have been having serious problems with the "to go" version. I have had to use it twice, and it sucks. I also have the MLB one and it is flawless. You would think it would be easier to produce a football season than an entire baseball season.
