I take my last post back. Warcraft 2 was the best. I am surprised I forgot about the 10,000 hours of my life I wasted playing that game on battle net.

I remember I was so STOKED when someone gave me 12 floppy disks so I could load Doom...

That's why I never picked up another video game, the 12 steps was just too hard.

I started with Tiberian Sun, got the Firestorm expansion pack, then backtracked to Red Alert. If I can find my discs, I'll pull an all-nighter or two on them for sure.

i can go on listing forever... theres so many snes games that i should remember but don't right now. i played the shit out of emulators in high school. hate this thread too; too much nostalgia.

2 series i'm surprised people didn't list is resident evil and metal gear. i never really played them though.

anyone remember sega saturn? lol ahead of it's time ftl. i remember really liking the game dragon force on saturn. i actually bought a sega saturn many years later to try and play, but the saturn broke either before i got to play or soon after. it's been so long i can't even remember what happened lol.
