Do other car companies have their own version of BMW performance center?
not just the performance cars, but any car company (ex. rolls-royce, Ferrari, Jeep, Range Rover).

Porsche is building their new USA HQ near Atlanta at the old Ford plant. They plan on having a test track of their own for customers as well. Probably won't happen for another couple years though...
I guess you could also count Ferrari's Fiorano test track.
