You should get her out of that deal and find something cheaper, and be really careful that she doesn't drag you into her own financial problems.

did you not say she was trading in an econobox though?

boy racer car (no offense to it, just the insurance reputation attached to it) to a BMW is completely different than a econobox to a 'luxury' car

Garage List
2010 135i Coupe  [5.26]
$15k, no sales tax, at 13% works out like this:

$301.11 Monthly Payment
$21,680.03 Total of 72 Payments
$6,680.03 Total Interest Paid
May, 2017 Pay-off Date

By the end of the term that car won't even be worth the amount of interest she paid on it.

Did she get her furniture from Rent A Center?

Lol, the OP came here looking for advice with a touchy situation with a dealership, and instead you guys are giving him financial advice and marriage counseling.

On another note my damn 335 is back at the dealer with half engine light, less than 800 miles on a new hpfp.
THAT is the way to do it if it was in that shitty of condition.
Let them pay to fix all the crap and take it back

Went back yesterday to do the trade but dealer backed off because they spent $1000 on her old car, so they had to do a new contract on the audi at 60 months, and gave her $1500 more for her trade,3 year warranty on the audi, so in the end shes saving like $4500 in finance charges.

So the dealer didn't want to give her the old car back because they put $1k into it, but instead gave her $1,500 more? How does this make sense? Are these actual numbers you were witness to, or did your g/f tell you these?

I was there, my guess is that they had a buyer lined up for her old car.
