Paid a fee, didn't get the service... Any luck against corporate?
My apartment complex requires us to pay a $275 activity fee, the main attraction being the pool and the hot tub. The damn thing hasn't been open all summer and won't be until 2 days after move out. They're replacing bricks around them and waited until it got hot to do so. Basically an activity fee that went to waste. What are the odds of getting that fee back by complaining to corporate?
