FiveSeven is one I wish we could have. Only way to get on is if A) someone sells one illegally (buyer is covered but FFLs won't risk it) B) someone moves here that owns one and decides to sell (at which point markup goes to ~$2200 for a used one). Couple years ago I tracked down a Springfield 1911 MC operator (not on MA approved list) paid $1500 but I wanted it

Yea I know but MA has ppl by the balls and when there's only 2 for sale in the entire state and everyone knows there's only one legal way to get one they mark up like crazy. It's either overpay or don't have anything in this state. $11 for 30rnd mags (new)? They go for $50 here used 40 year old mags
Now AR15 of any kind are illegal to purchase or register in MA as well as lower receivers. The two I have is all I can own for now

If only I moved 40mi north I can buy whatever I want

Pistols no. Rifles yes BUT you cannot register it in MA if it's not already registered in MA. Basically can do whatever NH law allows but once u get back to MA you cannot. Same as attempting to register any banned firearm. I bought my Sig M400 at the factory store in NH saved on tax and price and was allowed by NH to bring it back locked in my trunk and register it myself in MA but now all new ARs are banned so can't do that anymore. It's stupid may as well take away sports cars cuz it's too much speed for people. No it's not the car that's evil it's the morons you allow to drive them that are

Same with mags NH will sell but they are post AWB mags and are illegal to possess in MA. Only "preban" is allowed.

Yea.....Mass predictably has almost 7x the violent crime we have just across the border in NH....nothing to see here....move along

That stunt your AG pulled recently is bullshit.....who knew the AG could rewrite legislation.....

For others not familiar with the special level or retardedness that mass has......if you dont have a mass firearms license and you're found in the possession of something as simple as a component of a single piece of ammunition (brass, projectile/etc) you are guilty of a FELONY

Those things usually have an intact projectile......guilty of felony

As I recall the tards in the mass legislature enacted a ban on anything 50 cal or larger.........without realizing that they criminalized all of the lexington and concord reenactors..........there was a huge kerfluffle over that short sightedness.......

The cradle of liberty is now most certainly the cradle of tyranny

Always cracks me up when they have Patriots Day"

"Boston Strong"......unless you live in Watertown

Fucking Stasi

So much for constitutional rights and warrants.......

Exactly. And honestly I can't believe that new "law" the AG passed is still in effect. I thought it would get squashed quick but I guess not.plus AR 15s have been banned from residents of Boston for years.(no gun crimes happening in Boston right) All these gun fearing idiots supporting laws that only restrict responsible law abiding citizens. Until some meth head invades their home and don't give two shits about law. I considered moving to NH a few months ago but figured the commute would kill me. The way I see it is this NH is easy on gun laws so it's assumed most people have one. With that in mind criminal are less likely to do dumb stuff knowing there's a high chance of being shot and facing a jury of ppl who are pro gun. Here it's assumed people don't have a gun so people are more inclined to do dumb stuff

The licensing is pretty stupid too. It's determined by city. So where Boston is an automatic NO concealed carry someone like me who lives 15min away from Boston is allowed to carry on boston

Cuz you know gotta restrict all those licensed gangbangers and murderers from carrying their registered firearms around causing mayhem

I feel your pain!!
Living out here in Commifornia we have the same idiots in charge that think guns are the evil & not the numb nutts that misuse them.
The liberal legislators continue to throw drakonian gun bills out there to see what sticks.

That reminds me I gotta do another mass purchase of ammo before Jan 1st.

Yup. Hey while we're at it let's outlaw alcohol, no more drunk driving fatalities. Let's outlaw cell phones too, no more cell related vehicle fatalities. Let's restrict vehicles to 160HP, no more reckless driving. Let's outlaw tobaccos too, no more cancer!!! I mean the stupid ways of thinking with guns should also apply to all the other ways people have been killed. Since it's the item that's evil

Reminds me of the UK. Guns were banned, knife crime skyrocketed. Now they're in a bid to ban "pointy" knives. Incredible.

You would have thought they would have learned their lesson with the scots when they tried to ban swords and bagpipes........only thing that came out of that was the freakin scots throwing tree trunks and boulders at them....
