That shit is ass lol
Shifter like your mixing a big ass bowl of spaghetti, tiny ass power out of that gigantic ass engine, cars that can't be sold so they were sitting at dealers. And now, the car is dead. Meanwhile GM turned the corvette into a mid engine supercar, debuted the most powerful NA V8 in a world where everyone is going small displacement turbo engines, in a world where everyone is shifting into electric, in a time where this is supposed to be all done. GM is just getting started. And that's only the 2nd variant they released. With possibly 3 more variants coming. That clown will be jerking off again each time GM releases another C8 variant LOL |

From what I've gathered on other forums, the list at large well-known dealers is 1,000+ deep so hopefully those who want one, had an existing relationship or were able to get on lists early.

I am on the list. Hoping this time I don’t have to pull my deposit due to all the first year teething pains.

No, the SF90 is actually fast as compared to the F12 and Aventador, not referringto sound at all. All Porsches look the same to most people.

Irony of your "dead car" comment is if you can touch a Viper ACR under $200k you're doing good. They're incredibly hot items now that people have opened their ignorant eyeballs such as yours. I don't care how a car can corner on a track and neither does 99.5% of the consumer market. And since you feel inclined to keep saying something costs too much.... You're right.... I'd rather own multiple actually fast cars rather than cars that just attempt to look fast. Since you asked though... here's my M8 Gran Coupe stacked above my Demon. I'll never forget when one of the BMW people asked if I'd even be interested in going into a 21 Porsche 911 Turbo S I told them simply put.... just not appealing enough to me. Fast yes, but still looked like a boring porsche. Then again.... I do Daily a built 9 sec E85 Ram TRX so what do I know lol. |

I love my 992 Targa 4S and don’t think 911s look boring at all. I think if you look at it from afar, maybe you’d think it’s bland. However, I feel like it’s a nicely made mechanical watch. Can you get a Casio that tells good time? Sure, but the materials and attention to detail are purposely missing.

I am looking forward to the Z06. I have always wanted one since the C6 version. I’m finally at a point where I can have the C8 version….I think. I think I’ll be waiting about 18 months before it shows up. I’m getting the convertible though.

The 2019 ZR1 is a fantastic piece of machinery that embarrassed the hell out of the Ford GT, it was essentially an all around great performer just out of the price point for their target audience. They realized this and have created a great value for what is achieved in the Z06. With the LT5 being discontinued I truly look forward to seeing what the next boosted motor will be. The only Chevy product that almost had my impulsive spending was this 1400hp built LME ZL1 Camaro.... https://www.bjmotors.biz/2019-chevrolet-camaro-zl1-c-13739.htm Someone got a good deal. |

So the only thing that impresses you are 1000hp drag racers. Got it.

I've held my tongue until now, but I'm going to comment as I have first-hand experience with the LT6 engine powering the new Z06. I was a manufacturing engineer for the cylinder head (still work at GM, but on a different program). The complexity of this engine really cannot be overstated, especially when you realize it is being made by a huge company in relatively large numbers. Just on the cylinder head, the porting of the intake and exhaust throats, inlets and FULLY MACHINED combustion chamber is a marvel at this price point. The mechanical valve train is truly a work of art as well. I have never been a big GM guy (only worked at the company a few years) and certainly never a big Corvette fan, but what they've done for the Z06 is truly remarkable.

I absolutely love the guy that took the TRX to the Ring and ran it. Everyone there loved it.... why.... Because Race Car. Removing the speed limiter and putting NT420V street radials totally changes the dynamics and handling. Factory tires are trash. My favorite road kill of all time was watching the wife laugh her ass off at her husband driving a Ferrari 612 get literally obliterated off the line against an 8k lb dually till about 130mph when his gearing took over. Watching her mock him was priceless, she was a truck slut at heart and he knows it. This was 15yrs ago.... and diesels performance is faster now than then. Now keep in my that TRX is only 702hp crank/ and about 580hp wheel per dynos and runs a 12.4 1/4. My TRX is one of the fastest in the US and runs a 9.92 1/4 with 1100 crank on E85....
To quote the builder who specializes in Viper and was one of the main techs that operated on the Chrysler team that oversaw the Viper platforms that ran the 24hrs of Lemans and has built many 1500hp Vipers..... After they did the final data log for the build he calls me and says "I've rode in man fast vehicles, but this truck is insanely scary fast for what it is". |
