haha that pic actually makes me look bigger than I am. But I don't really take supplements. Sometimes do a protein shake if the work out was good. I go 3 times a week for 3 weeks then take the fourth week off. Come back the 5th week and do a different routine. Pretty much like p90x except with my exercises instead of Tony's whack shit

I do eat tuna...don't know how consistently I should, maybe only once a week to be honest. My problem is splitting my meals up into smaller portions spread through the day and getting some whey protein in between. I need to change my breakfast. It's 3 eggs + a slice of wheat toast, but I need to make it more like 1 yolk + 3 egg whites instead.

To lose weight = eat every 4 hours. To Cut = eat every 3 hours. to Build = eat every 2 hours. Very simple. If you prepare your meals, it all works out. And tune has to be eaten everyday if not every other day.

biggest misconception people have of tuna is that it's good for you. While there is a ton of protein in there, there's also a lot of fat too. Especially if you get it at subway or something since they add mayo and stuff to the mix. If you want protein eat a lot of chicken and beans. I usually get a chipotle bowl after working out. Don't really follow a strict diet to be honest, I wish I did but I have too big of an appetite for that haha. As long as you know what you're doing when you work out, you should be good.
There's a guy at my gym that has been going there for over 2 years and his body has literarily stayed the same. Don't work out if you're tired or don't have energy. Also don't do too heavy of weights. It's better to do ten clean reps than five sloppy ones with your spotter doing half the work. You gotta pretty much surprise your muscles. Don't do the same old routine every day. Do different exercises of the same muscle group. sorry for the thread jack lol |

for what its worth, when i get a footlong tuna - i usually just have them put pickles, onions, bell peppers, swiss cheese, and of course lettuce. some fat is good but not too much.
but yeah i cant discipline myself following a strict diet.... theres just too much good stuff out there and dessert too lol. i've gotten some good gains doing hypertrophy training |

A footlong TUna is not bad if your bulking. If you ask for wheat bread and take out the dough Like I do and add veggies. Its a perfect lunch.
Especially when you power lift. It burns it

Tuna has a lot of mercury in it so that's another reason people say not to eat TOO much of it.
