That is a good question. Most likely she is now in love with stuff she always wanted.

Absolutely correct.

Also, even in the same brand of shoes, different sizes/widths may be required depending on the style of shoe, i.e., in Very Prive I have to leave them over night at Saks to be stretched but in Pigalle I can wear them straight out of the box, yet both shoes are made by the same designer in the exact same size.

Just have her log on the website, create a wishlist, and email it to you. Easy as pie. Or be old school and give her a catalog and have circle what she wants.
