I grilled up some delicious Tri-Tip with some potatos and green beans, but I've shown those types of pics.

I tried my hand at pastry. These were AWESOME!!! One is apple, the other is Raspberry and cheese (like a cheese danish)

Yes, not so much keto/low carb/low calorie, but SO DELICIOUS.

I am of the opinion that you can eat whatever you want, if you make it from scratch, regarding bread/carbs and 'naughty foods'

You eat way less pizza, bread, french fries, etc if you make it yourself, and there is no junk in it.

I was doing that for a while (I'm off the wagon at the moment, but its time to get back on it) and its a pretty good way to lose weight and enjoy excellent food.

^That's my regular go-to now as well. If there are kids involved, they either need to learn to like pepper, or go to McD's.
ONE good thing to come out of Canadia, eh.

Yup! That seasoning rocks! I wonder what's the difference between Chicago and Montreal steak seasoning?

Merlin's Beard! You're not reverse searing your steaks? We've been seasoning using salt, pepper, and then butter in a cast iron skillet.

I keep things simple... Season both sides, onto a hot skillet or grill for a ha dful of minutes each side depends on thickness.

This page shows some pretty good cooking from the guys! Are the wives cooking at all or are we spoiling them?

Wifey does the cooking in our house. I can boil water for pasta and heat sauce, but that's about my limit.
