I envy our kids...my son is 50th % for height, 25th % for weight, and 10th % for BMI. This means he's relatively slender. But he seems adept and just started skating at 24 mos. Seems like kids need to do nothing to be in good shape.

Welcome to my life. Started hockey at 3 years old, fall and spring season every year until college. Now it's just playing here and there for shits n gigs, so it doesn't supplement as well anymore.

I've been lean my whole life. Plumped up to 149 lbs the night before I gave birth and lost it all plus 2 lbs without any diet or exercise.
