When I read that Kamala dropped out "because the money ran out" I thought of her progressing age, and rumors about how she previously came by money/influence.

Turns out trying to stuff my body full of 800 calories worth of food per meal (which isnt even used to breakfast) in 20 minutes before work is not a good idea. Threw it all up. Time to start over for the day :

Called in sick today, more time to eat
I'm your height and this is what I was averaging daily (more on weekends) when I started my bulking after vacation. I dropped it about two weeks ago as I just got tired of eating so much. Now I'm back down in the 3500 range. I dropped some weight, but feel much better!

You have to build up to it. It;s taken me years, but I can diet for vacation and still not go below 3K calories. Just keep at it and maybe start off with a small surplus and let your body get accustomed to it before bumping it up more.
That's pretty sweet man, were you a hardgainer to begin with? And I think incremental is the way to go lol. This morning wasn't fun

Funny, I watched a video a few days ago saying how her campaign was very unstable and didn't have a clear message...

I won't lie....I do have some pretty good genetics (Thanks Dad!).

But if you do it all at once, you are setting yourself up for some hurt!

I would recommend a 200 calorie per day increase and just watch the scale. After you see it stop moving for a week or two, add another 200 calories and start again.

Your body loves homeostasis and will fight you every bit of the way, so you have to "trick" it and let it slowly adapt. I know people including myself want it now.... but it's slow and steady and most of all consistency that wins in this type of stuff.

Plus you want to keep healthy while doing it!

I'd rather pay slightly more for something than have to go to WalMart and deal with the walmartians this time of year.

I'll definitely note all this advice, you've been a huge help. Thank you!

Is tonight's lucky girl going to join you and the lobster, or just watch?

The one office assistant asked if she could decorate my door for Christmas. I was enthralled watching her struggle to get garland to stick to the wall, as she filled my doorway.

There is a package I would love to unwrap for Christmas. . .

Today I reciprocated, and I was the one standing on the step-ladder, adding to the decorations and upgrading the security on the wall. My package got really warm up there. . .
