back when we met, I was only @ 200-210lbs, which looks great on me since I've always been a short, stocky, powerful looking guy.

well, I've gained @ 100lbs since we met, but together we're working on getting me skinny again

Oh I know that I need to get health again, now that things have calmed down and stabilized with the business, I'm putting a hell of a lot more effort into it where as before that would always be my excuse on why I couldn't get myself healthy again. I know that I am nowhere near where I would like to be, and seeing myself in pictures helps to remind me of what I should be able to look like.

Here is me 8 or so years ago when I manged to pull a playboy model somehow:
