I wasn't a huge fan of the Nikka Coffey, but other than that, you can't really miss with Suntory, IMO.

It's just a simple way to up your caloric intake and increase protein consumption.

I'm betting it's a little less sophisticated than whatever your diet plan currently is. Seemed most popular with people just getting started and the "I already eat so much!" crowd that constantly overestimates how many calories they're actually consuming.

Personally I like the flexible dieting/IIFYM method the most of anything I've tried.

I would prefer to keep it simple I need soylent green with jacked up protein content and would just drink that and be done. I dont eat for enjoyment that much anymore.

Yeah, Nikka is on the sweeter side. Toki is in the middle and the Matsui has a bit more peat/funk.
