Drivers in NH love to tailgate me for no reason, even when I am in the right lane and the left lane is wide open. So I started playing the "How Slow Will You Go?" game. LMAO - 1,000% agree! Only way to keep my road rage in check - play games. I play with the "coat tailers" too, which is what I call the people who are too big of a pu**y to speed on their own, but want to tailgate you all of a sudden when you pass them going 20 mph faster than them. I will slowly take it up to like 90-95 a few mph at a time, then just turn my cruise off and see how slow they will go before they pass you. Of course they immediately think you have detected a cop and go with you, till you hit those 10-15 under marks and still dropping like a rock then they finally pass you looking at you like you are eating a small child or something.

I let them get a little ways ahead of me then toss the cruise back on and go past them again - if they fall in again - I rinse and repeat as long as needed.

Great way to pass the time since unlike most drivers - I don't use my phone for entertainment while I drive........

Coat tailer is a good one!!

I find these people often as well and like you, because I enjoy and take pride in the art of driving, I don't multitask while having a bit of fun with one of my toys! (I do enough multitasking at work, lol)

Those you call Coat tailers, I have been telling them "your welcome and you can thank me later for helping you find your accelerator"

That's only if I allow them to catch up or pass. I'm opposite of you where I will see how brazen they get and I'll use that ///M power I'm paying for, but at any time they get a bit too aggressive or wreck less by weaving / squeezing within inches of other cars, or they start getting really close to bumpers and their brake light is flashing like it's Christmas due to dangerous levels of tailgating or I've even had people take the shoulder on a few occasions... I have to admit that I will yield to the match as it's not fair to put others in danger because of my testosterone combined with a stranger's lack of consideration for all the others we supposed to share the roads with.

I'll just back off at that point in the hopes that they recognize the competition is over and should back off as well. Doesn't always work.
