No. I took a tumble at the top of the stairs in our town hall back in February, and everyone came running to see if I was OK and not laugh at me for falling. I'm pretty sure that I made a post in this very thread about it at the time, that looked eerily like that meme a few posts up.
In all seriousness, they called the town supervisor from home to come in and check on me. A few days later, they sent me a certified letter to sign saying that I was not injured and refused medical attention. I took another fall climbing into my race car hauler a few weeks ago, and bloodied my knee cap. It sucks to get old! Now, get off my lawn, kid!!!!!

My parents were against boxing, heard it at school the next day at recess.

If only it was a vision problem! My knee buckled out from under me as I stepped up, and both times I went crashing to the floor. Combination of old age and weak ticker, which is validation that my doctors were correct in issuing me a handicapped parking permit and telling me to avoid stairs.....

Been there, done that! I say, FARK!! Seriously, should you have to do the prostate procedure (don't remember what it's called), just be very mindful of your doctor's order. Plenty of rest and pain medication, because you will be sore as FARK. I survived however.

Poiseuille Jr believes he has unearthed a picture of my first BMW…and is suitably impressed by the floating caps.

Doctor say the prostate and kidneys are fine it's the bladder that's not emptying and that's uncomfortable as hell. Got me on Flomax right now.

I think covid would do more than make me look for a bathroom more often, so that's a different ball game! My brother had long-term Lyme; not good.
Seems you can't exercise your way out of covid (like obesity, hi bld pres., diabetes, etc). And covid is highly contagious, unlike them others. Even Statins can have bad side effects, so I do what I have to in order to not need them. But I can't figure out how to protect myself, and especially others, from covid satisfactorily without the shot. As you know, I do 'search'! |
