agreed. you need to fully commit to season one. i had a couple stop / restart efforts as well, but it really starts clicking about midway through season one. and it just continually builds over all 4 seasons.

dont get me wrong, there are some amazing stand-out episodes, but 'the wire' seems to be the classic example of the whole being greater than the sum of the parts.

I took a little road trip yesterday to our PA property. I couldn't seem to shake the feeling that Dexter would come running out of the woods and through the field wearing his coveralls toting a rifle. Can you see him?

I wrapped it up last night. So I do like the main character. He's a solid actor. Had some good support as well.
The storyline is choppy. Way too slow for my tastes. And the overall premise is not a favorite of mine. But now I will have to see what Season 2 brings...

Been watched Boba Fett. The last 2 episodes have made me realize that The Mandlolrian is way better (and I don't even care about baby Yoda). Waaaay too many throwbacks in yhe storyline.

Ya, I suspected as much. Didn't get excited about them showing up in The Mandalorian and was surprised they got a spinoff. Didn't start watching it yet but will eventually.

I love that cute little green bugger though. Who doesn't? How could you?!

I didn't mind the long cameo and am not opposed to a Boba Fett show. It's more that the Boba Fett show has broken continuity due to the frequent, long flashbacks. Not sure the bounty hunter turned gang boss works either.
