After talking to "rural area" farmers who has some aircraft, I realized how expensive to maintenance a helicopter. I would be happy with R44 for now w/ helipad. Of course, I gotta go to flight school too.... http://www.robinsonheli.com/price_li..._pricelist.pdf http://www.robinsonheli.com/price_li.../r44_2_eoc.pdf I know the REAL operating cost is light-year more than what Robinson projects, but If I can dream.... I think most of major city charges $500-900 per drop off and pick up. Quote:

I started doing DIY on my 99' Avalon. I build lots of confidences working on that vehicle. I guess that is why it still runs great!

Last night, my lady friend and I met another girl in Raleigh when we went out for dinner and drinks, she came back with us after we were a little slooshed, things got a little heated, she freaked and said she had to go. No idea what clicked.
I sneezed in my motorcycle helmet about 15 times on my way into work this morning. Then I proceeded to put too much sugar in my coffee. now I'm realizing how miserable I'll be today unless something good finally happens. |

Started scrubbing out the smell of tacos in the house this morning and cleaning all the crayola crayons from the grout. Place is starting to smell nice again.
I feel pretty high though. Probably shouldn't be at work. All them fumes..... |

Downtown Long beach is awesome. Friendly, laid back, everything you'd expect from a beach city. There are a lot of sketchy areas, like if you take pine Ave up to 10th street/wrigley area/north long beach though. I don't go to the beach unless Im running though...so as far as beach quality- no idea. I would say they're not that much worse than OC- but I honestly don't go in, so can't help you there :

next time i'm in seal beach we should drink and eat shepherd's pie together. don't be confused by the beach comment. i'm not native either as i'm originally form Chicago so i really was just curious. from what i understand, OC beaches are the best in california. i don't really go there to swim but i like to look at them. so my assumptions were correct?! thank you, sir. few things feel as good as making a wild assumption and it actually being true.

i was actually going to get an m6 after my 550i but found the porsche for about the same price and liked being seated closer to the wife when going on our canyon drives. i had to get the lexus for her though and guests because we sometimes need the extra room. the new cayman's look stupid good imo and handle like a dream with their sweet mid-engines.

The new caymans really do look good! Definitely something to look forward to. And man, I know what you mean about your Lexus. I've considered getting rid of my Yaris for something more spacious (I have a big bulldog and lord knows he's not riding in the m6 once it gets here in the summer) but we'll see. What city of OC are you living in?

Who the hell told you that? I would not listen to them to even get the time. There's places in SD way better than 97% of OC, Santa Barbara and central coast way nicer and if you just want to admire the ocean and Mother Nature the north coast by Humboldt/Eureka is awesome. BTW i'm in the water 3 or 4 times a week so it's kind of built up over 40+ years of that.
