Yeah, they use that crap during 18-24ish.
One of my female friend was 34 10yrs ago. (now 44). She kept saying that to me, and I told her that I don't care you are whore who F'ed entire Naval Fleet or a nun.
I mean , at age of 34, and talking like a freaking 1st year frat girls. What the hell is wrong with her?
Maybe , she expected me to go to a dollar store and buy a plastic toy "virgin medal" for her.

The way I see it, I'd prefer to have the merit of breaking someone's cherry and have them willing to learn and get deadpan action until she figures out how to interact and what she likes, rather than finding someone who you gave an entire year but can't even French that good, much less anything else in the end.
