While I would argue that outside factors- looks/fitness- are indeed important for attraction, I wouldn't even consider being a car enthusiasts 'outside stuff'. Someone having a hobby/cause/whatever that is important to them that they are passionate about (depending what it is) I think is a good trait to have.

But I get that there are a lot more car guys out there that probably diminishes the 'wow' factor.
