Shredded duck marinated in a fruity hoisin sauce flavoured with Szechuan spice and paired with pink pickled ginger.

Going to give you a twofer from last night and tonight. Both Chilean Seabass with different presentations. Last night with a Pasilla Chile sauce, napolitos, plantain, and grilled squash. Tonight over poblano couscous with asparagus slaw. Both were dynamite!

Really good. Lots of mediterranean spots end up giving you dry meat. This was cooked juuuust right and nice and juicy. Only thing missing was hot sauce... I like my food spicy.

It looks authentic and not overcooked. Agreed on most places serve you dried chewy nonsense and then give you an over abundance of rice and hummus (both are cheap) to make up for lack of quality lol
