We did that to my friend in a lecture hall couple weeks ago, we were in class and I made a sheet with his row and seat number and put "would you go out with me" on it and yes no boxes and passed around the room. and by the end of the class, we got the note back and the box with no got checked so many times the paper had a hole on it.
