Nissan has already stated that production numbers will be upped, and we know for a fact they added a 2nd shift to the engine/tranny production line.

Definitely. But this is just the first year. I'm certain that for the later years...you won't have a problem getting one.

+1. Well I'm going to be getting the GTR or the new M3 if the price is less..but this won't be until 2010 or so. By then, the buzz about them will die down and will make negotiating a lot easier.

Yeah, you know I'd much rather buy the lowest 3 series with no option just for the sake that I can say I own a BMW.

No $70,000+ car is affordable by any stretch of the imagination. I'm not even sure that a $30,000 car qualifies as affordable.

I am shooting for the 2010 GT-R Spec-V and I don't really care if it will cost me $100,000.

At that price level, why not get a 911 Turbo or GT3?

The 911 Turbo will be just as fast, look better, attract more females.

The GT3 will drive better than both.

bigger turboes(t3/t4 maybe), intercooler, dp's, exhaust, intake, and a good tune in a 335, and it'll b walking all over the gtr's... and still cost less, look better, and drive smoother...

Oh yeah that's all it'll take to get those sub 7:40 n-ring times out of a 335.

the current GT-R is faster than a 911tt and the V-Spec will be closer to CGT territory.
