Oh come on Nikki, probability can be a very useful topic if you take the time to try and understand it. It definitely has all kinds of applications.

BTW <3 you too

It's just annoying. And I've probably learned it like 8 times already. They just keep shoving it in my face over and over again!

stats was so easy for me. I didnt easy have to study and pulled A's on all my exams. Anyhoo I took Quantitative Business Analysis (upper division class) and man that was crazy. I mean it was hard cus I had a good teacher. It's basically stats but a lot more confusing. So I slacked off for the first month and failed my first quiz. lol after that I started paying attention in class and pulled a B in the class (no studying- just paying attention). hehehe

I like Statistics but probability is just dumb. It doesn't matter if it's easy or hard, I just don't like it. I don't really base how easy a subject is on whether or not I like it. I mean I really like history but I didn't do as well in my History of Civ class as I did in my Finance class and I don't like Finance much. BTW the class is called Quantitative Methods in Administration.

No, I don't like the taste of any alcohol and I see what it does to people-makes them act stupid. I don't need to drink and try to be someone else to have fun, I can have fun being myself. I am pretty outgoing. I went over some girl's house a little over a month ago and everyone was drinking except me and my friend and my friend wouldn't dance saying "I need a drink if you want me to dance." I don't get that. I was dancing and having fun but she was just sitting there. And all the other girls that were dancing were drunk and said they wouldn't be dancing if they hadn't been drinking. So apparently everyone else but me feels like you have to drink to have fun, otherwise everyone just sits around and stares at the wall.

This is why I don't have any friends, because all they want to do is go out to clubs and bars and drink. I've only been to like two clubs ever and it was fun dancing and stuff but everyone else was drinking and it's just kind of weird being the only sober person. I would much rather go play pool, go to the beach, see a movie, play minigolf, go bowling, etc. but no one really wants to do any of that, well unless they're drunk.

Yeah but no one does that. Everyone goes out like several times a week and gets drunk. No one that I've met down here so far can just go out once or twice a week and have a drink or two.

Alcohol can have different outcomes depending on how much is consumed. Some people drink a glass of wine with dinner because they were raised that way. Some people will have casual drinks and conversation. Some people will become lounge lizards and earn frequent flier miles at the local tavern or bar. Other like the inhibition that usually let them do things like dancing :rocks: or other activities when they normally would not. Some would say no fear with beer or liquid courage. Some just get trashed and like to drink and pass out. Moderation is always the key and of course age can be a factor since more young adults start out drinking in school or college, bars, peer pressure etc. In the end we are all accountable for our actions so drink responsible. Have a great 4th and toast one for the Soldiers, dead and alive
