I think lots of brands have something to offer, but in general, for the everyday car, I think BMW is one of the best combinations out there. The captivating aesthetic appeal, the engaging drive, and that orgasmic sound do wonders to make my 1 mile daily commute that much better!

My family doesn't like to be loyal to any car brand, we tend to try more different brands, but mostly import. I particularly like BMW, LEXUS, HONDA, MAZDA, PORSCHE, AND INFINITI. Somehow I don't like ACURA AND NISSAN although they are the same company as HONDA AND INFINITI, respectively.

I am actually a very hard core BMW fan, I still long for an 850Csi…(sighs) (well, German car fan, since I have great respect for the history of MB too), but decided this time around to go with Audi for the simple fact that I just liked the price / value ratio of an A4 2.0T to a comparably equipped 325i. However, for my next car if Audi does not decide to bring back the Audi Advantage program (which I thankfully got before they cut the program), I will get the next gen 3 (or 4, whatever BMW decides to call it) series coupe.
BTW, it’s my first post here, so….hey. Jon. Last edited by imageWIS; 02-16-2006 at 10:59 AM.. |

I really like BMW and Porsche but I love Aston Martin also. I know they don't perform like Ferrari (which I like also) but I think they look beautiful and sound amazing. If I could afford it I'd buy a Vanquish S in a heartbeat.

I wouldn't turn down either, but like I said, if I had the money I'd get the vanquish. I think it'd be a better driver around town and touring and such. If I wanted a track car I'd be looking elsewhere (Porsche most likely)

Ascari - S62 is used in the KZ1, enough said, it's a pretty Spartan supercar too Aston Martin - The new AMV8 is amazing, Ulrich Bez did an awesome job Caterham - I loved the Lotus Seven, and I like their current lineup Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati - Fast, beautiful, heritage (except for Lambo's tractor heritage ) Koenigsegg - Whoops, I forgot Bugatti Morgan - I've always liked the CLASSIC car look, and the Aero 8 has that look with modern technology Noble - M400 is another modern supercar Porsche - everyone knows why. Pagani - Zonda F FTW! And that long list was obviously exaggerated anyway, but FYL for being semi-serious. |
