What they don't tell you with that fridge, is it's wifi enabled, runs win10 (CE)
every now and again forget defrosting, you'll have to connect to MS and update and God help you if you dont have anything to protect it from malware

Fridge warm, freezer working (bottom freezer)
noticed fridge was 17 degs
freezer was chock full
diagnostics below

There are 2 dials in fridge marked fridge - freezer (marked 1-9), fridge's dial starts from 0 and from memory I think thats the defroster, fridge switch turns the fan on
'

* Removed all foods
* Freezer is fine
* Fan in freezer works and turns on/off
* in "ceiling of freezer" looks like a small vent that is unblocked

* Fridge
* Crisper has vents no cold air coming through
* Top of fridge VENT (no cold air coming out) no fan behind there either just a vent

Took apart as much as I could can't see any blockages

Wondering if just leaving it overnight to "unblock any ice will help
pics below

1ST PIC freezer
2nd pic top of fridge
rest bottom where crisper is
these guys will help you with everything, great forum

Sure, why buy a $1,000 fridge when a $4,000 one will work?

just wanted to add,

Fridge has been super stable, and also that prior, I noticed that trying to open the fridge/freezer doors was hard, had to really tug on them, now they open nicely.

Hey matt,

so I cleaned the compressor fins
took everything out of the fridge, put it on defrost (overnight) (fridge part)
wiped down all the seals

next step was to check the damper.

but it started working
