I'm surprised the shop didn't remove the tires before painting the lip. I can't imagine that's gonna hold up well when your tires need replaced.I don't mind mind the look though... It's different.

I want to PC my calipers, but don't wanna have the car down or do the work to take em off etc so F it I wonder if simply painting the Brembos will hold up the same as painting your normal ugly calipers...

I love the brakes and decal but the thick pinstripe is too much for me, I think in all gloss black it would look crispy clean. Nice job though. I had the calipers of Panamera Turbo done before I traded it in too... been considering doing it on the F80,

Thanks for all of the feedback - good, bad, indifferent; it's all good
The tires were popped when masking and painting the edges, you just can't tell when they were masked up. My side blades are carbon fiber, and Porsche puts a black GTS decal which is virtually invisible from far away so I actually had a set of GTS badges painted at the same time and removed the decal I had a set of satin black BBS CH-R on my e92 (up for sale actually) and didn't want the all black look anymore so I took a risk. If I get tired of it I can always respray. That's the benefit of having IND/A&L in my backyard

Nah. They're not Ferrari. You can do whatever you want to a Porsche.
