So typically Westworld likes to do multiple timelines but this season so far there's believed to only be one, however, there could be multiple worlds! The new theory is were watching a simulated world of what Rahoboem thinks Delores and others are trying to do.

There's been a couple clues, such as the logo being a mirror of itself, the subtitle of this season on wiki at least is Westworld: The Mirror (season 1 was the maze; 2 is the door), and if you watch the clips of Charlotte Hale's recording to her son, you may notice the dialogue in both of them have slight differences. Possibly a continuity error, but this is Westworld after all, everything is done on purpose.

I'm very interested to see the big twist in the next 3-weeks, and maybe we will find out the fifth peral identity, and it looks like Delores and Caleb will be heading back to the park.

I'm about 40 mins into episode 7. Fiance fell asleep 20 mins in and I didn't notice. Told her when she woke up that it was probably the most important episode this season, so need to wait for her to catch up. Should finish it tonight.
