I keep thinking this isn't my final landing spot, probably will turn this home into an investment property. When I get my home with a proper 3 car garage, then I'll make it a nice one.

Sure, sure. How about you pop by your local Benjamin Moore, buy some decent paint plus a nice roller and in half a day that entire garage will look ten times better.

And we aren't even talking about making it "nice". Just having the basics of painted drywall, really.

Here's my untouched, unpainted sad excuse of a garage.

My daughter sometimes parks behind me.

1. You should be ashamed of your walls lol
2. Your daughter parks better than your wife.

I've always been confused why you aren't looking on the other side of the Outerbridge, where such houses are less of a unicorn and income taxes would presumably be lower by not having to pay NYC and NY State?????

Trust me... every time I bring up finishing our garage... magically my wife remembers that we have higher priorities for other house projects. go figure.

And yeah... My wife blames me for spending a lot of time teaching my daughter "boy stuff"... like how to properly park a car.

Your garage looks awesome.

I'm working on mine. We bought a house from a seller who put in a great workspace. I finally got all of my tools put away. This is the first time in my life I have no clutter in the garage. What an amazing feeling. Now, my goal is to keep it this way! Once can hope.

I don't have a garage at the moment, but I plan to epoxy the garage floor in the house once we get settled. Are all of those Racedeck setups checker patterns or can you get a solid floor setup?

My garage is a Chernobyl scene. It’s small to begin with and it’s not setup well enough currently to be organizational. Drives me bananas but I have too much on my plate to spend a month fixing that lol.

The one car garage is currently filled up with Plumerias that I raise. Can't wait for then end of March so I can put them back in the yard where they belong. since they go into hibernation I try and stay out of it as much as possible as it makes my skin crawl at times.
