as long as you don't offend anyone, some people say just by the smell on their clothes or breathe is offensive but damn! isn't bad breath more offensive or farting in a room like an office?

i smoke also but i try not to when they are people around who don't smoke.

That's kinda ironic since we do only live once, and cigarettes are known to cause cancer, which would shorten our lives, so we should try to live as long as possible, no?

I used to smoke but i've quit for a year now and you just feel more energized and refreshed when you're out, especially if you work out, play sports, etc..

At the mall I walked by this kiosk that was selling these fake electronic cigarettes that has nicotine in it and smoke, but i dunno how the hell it works. so that might help those trying to quit. I don't think anyone can make you quit and you yourself has to be the one wanting to quit.

I quit 3 years ago. I smoked for 10 years. I still feen for 1 every now and then when I'm out drinking or gambling with friends though, especially when I'm at Vegas.

I say try your hardest not to go back. I've been smoking for years, and still do. I've tried to mentally get myself to "try" and quit, but haven't been able to. I can't even get to the level of TRYING! I have xmas week off from work, so I'm gonna see if I can quit during that time. Being away from work helps.

I'm not gonna say how old I am, but i've smoked for more than half my age. As much as I hate the preachers and people who look down on smokers, I also hate inconsiderate smokers as well. I smoke away from people, away from entrances, etc. My biggest smoking pet peeve is people who throw their cigs out the car window when you're behind them.

(i don't smoke in my car)

But i do want to quit because the truth is that it does cause cancer.
So my goal is on my 30th Birthday coming up in April and i'm gonna give it a try.
Won't be easy though... I smoke a pack a day.

These are friggin money. I was the best man at my boys wedding here recently and we all had a few of these.

I smoke cigs when I drink once or twice a week - probably 10 cigs a week. Love it, have no interest in quitting anytime soon.

Same here.... I don't smoke in my car, in my home or with people around me that doesn't smoke.... I'll try not to offense anybody when I'm smoking....
