Travel: Been to the far east several times, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, The Philippines
High End Audio Driving Detailing Flight Simulator Computers Travel note: My company has just offered me a position in Munich for 6 - 12 months. Which means my beloved 1er stays in the USA. I guess I would need to have trusted family member drive my car on occasion to keep it going. I'll also be travelling to The Philippines in October for 3 weeks. Guess the mileage on my 1er will be quite low this time next year. |

Good choices on the Fantasy stuff. Terry Brooks, Barbara Hambly, and Mickey Zucker Reichert (esp. Last of the Renshai stuff...) are great choices as well.

Acoustic guitar (amature at best)
Running Working on cars Live music (jam bands, blues, modern bluegrass) Electronics Scuba Diving Travel (worldwide, but I bought a small RV a few years ago that's good fun stateside) but lately....work, and not much more. It's a good thing that involves cars and electronics to a degree, or I'd shoot myself. If I get laid off in the spring I'm going to walk Appalachain Trail. |

I am an enthusiast on Grilling, hosting get together, fishing, lifting, traveling, PC games, hunting, and cars. I thought I was out of the modifying car phase, when I was finally happy with my project car in the end and didn't want to change anything. My friend summed it up best something along the lines of, “You know you’re done when you can appreciate it for what it is and not mess with it."
I guess I’m still in the zone, I look at the 135 and think, exhaust, intake, more boost, more fuel, sway bars, FASTER! STRONGER! J |

Piano - slightly more than a hobby. I've been involved as a soloist and a chamber musician in performances in the US, Canada, Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic
Computers - again, partially by trade. Always involved in all things Mac. Photography - though I suck at it, I greatly admire an excellent photograph and strive to be better myself. Architecture - always enamored; even studied in school when not in my music or business classes. Reading - variety of books, mostly relating to the above hobbies. My cat - he's cute. Driving - cars are too much fun. Cycling - used to do a lot of mountain biking, but I tend to do mostly road biking now. Taking some time off for the winter…

Good for you. As a teenager, a buddy played recitals after being diagnosed as a bonafide wunderkind. I studied composition though haven't sat at a keyboard for two decades. There aren't many of us about these parts who appreciate serious music. Sir Hugo is another.

Most people are miffed by the breadth of musical styles represented in my music library, but it's true that it's mostly "classical" in nature. Any favorite artists on your end?

You're an actual musician, I never regarded my self as such, I was only interested in classical composition from a structural viewpoint, as a result was obligated to study music. I viewed the whole thing very clinically.
