M3 or Cayman S.

Depends if you want a Sports Car, or a GT.

Z06 is a bit too track car, IMHO. Can't use a fraction of it on the street.

Well Z06 would have won my vote hands down , but it definitely doesnt seem like it would be to convenient for you. So i vote e92 m3. Sound amazing with exhaust vorsteiner front lip , CSL Trunk, and you pretty much have the sexiest car on the road. To be honest when a cayman or regular 328 goes by it just doesn't make u look at it or give you that wow factor, when an e92 M3 drives by me . I'm like

sounds like a 4door is what you need - E90 M3 or used E60 M5 (can be had '07 in the $60ks)

I've narrowed it down to E9x M3, Cayman, Carrera. More pondering tomorrow.

I would jump on the E90 335i LCI, but it seems that the HPFP issues still exist in even these models. That's disappointing.

BMW just needs to recall the part. The 335i is an awesome car with a big achilles heel. I really am disappointed in BMW about it because this is the SECOND time I've considering buying a 335i.

Fuck, I skipped that thread, thinking that it's just another pre-LCI with an HPFP issue. Bleh! I'll be on the lookout for my car then... sigh...

Well, just don't get cheap gas (i.e - skip Costco, Arco, etc). Those stations tend to have high ethanol content.

I only use Shell V-Power personally. No ethanol.

It sucks though because once in a while you'll be stuck in a hick town where you're not even sure the 91 Octane is even "91". HPFP issue really sucks.

Used Audi RS4. None better racy family car. V8, AWD, Recaros, sexy exterior and very sporty interior, sounds amazing, rare, goes like stink and in a safe overall "family" package. Probably more reliable than the M3 too. The new M3 is too luxurious for me, although I would like the M-DCT option. No coupe works well for baby ingress/egress...especially when it's raining out.

Well if that's all you're worried about, then I'd jump on it. The HPFP issue is an extremely rare occurrence. If you happen to have a failed pump, like I did, it takes a few hours to get it fixed. Not to mention it's free.

I wouldn't worry about it.

E90 M3, C63 AMG or LCI E90 335i, why make your life harder than it already is going to be with the children, stick with the extra doors, common sense.

Get an Accord. With all the money you save... European delivery of the latest Carrera S at the time.

With the HPFP... never had a problem even after a day at the track. Helps that I drive like a granny though.
