As biased as this sounds, all I see are 'young kids' driving E92 M3's around where I'm at. And I see 'older & more mature' looking guys driving in 996 turbo Porsches.
That being said, I'd rather drive the Porsche. |

I love the Porsche, but unless the previous owner spent $15k or so on interior options it is going to suck real badly and no one wants to look at that when you're dropping $60k+ on a car.

lease/finance or straight up buy? i'm assuming straight up by and i would def go with the 996 turbo (my next car too btw
![]() new m3 will cost you $70k+ to buy while a used 996 is like 40-45k. add a techart body kit and a tune from either proto or evoms and you will be like this below, forget about reaching 8400 ![]() ![]()
