Hell yeah, NY here. Its the land of microbrew. Thats what I miss most about it. If you're new out there I suggest you quickly get your hands on some Berkshire Brewing Co. (BBC) Steel Rail Ale.

I'm glad Dogfish has already been mentioned My favorite by farrrrrrrrrr. I'm from DE, though... so I'm partial.
Other favorites: Boulevard (Kansas City, MO), Shiner (Shiner, TX), St. Arnolds (Houston, TX). Agh, Dogfish I love that I'm finally in a city that has it, but damn, its like 5 bucks more here than it is in DE If anyone is in traveling distance, I def recommend checking out the Brewery in Milton, DE and the Pub in Rehobeth, DE - they offer beers that haven't been released yet, and some that never will (downside is if its not going to be released its prolly cus its awful... they like to experiment ). The tour at the brewery is entertaining too.. crazy group of people.

this is a loaded question.. If we are talking about beer I keep stocked for when I come home from work and want a beer or two its usually the following
Sam Adams Harpoon Allagash Narrangasett Hoegarden Cape Cod Red when I am able to get it if I am at the bar its usually Miller High Life or Miller Lite...I drink PBR on occasion too but I dont like being labeled as a hipster haha and they have pretty much taken PBR over.. Thanks a lot Williamsburg! Also to all of you who are drinking "german beer" because its "pure"(or because you think you are awesome and a beer snob) the stuff we get in America is SO watered down compared to the real thing, its actually BETTER to drink a microbrew or a Sam Adams..
