Do it

In my experience, it sets you apart from many others. If you can get someone else to pay for it, take advantage. I made the mistake of making excuses why "now just isn't a good time." I'm no longer making such excuses and learned the hard way (I'm paying for classes myself, which is costing me over $10,000 in tuition to finish.)

Hi...
Your situation sounds really similar to mine...I'm also 23 (soon to be 24), and I'm currently working full-time and in my second year of Grad school. The degree I'm getting is in Engineering but I'm also taking business and management courses. I think now is the best time for you to start Grad school. My boss told me a lot of ppl. don't go for an MBA until they are in their 30's and ppl. may not take you too seriously b/c you are still young. Do you have to get an MBA or are there other Graduate programs that interest you?

I am guessing you finished your undegraduate degree not too long ago. You still have that self-motivation in you somewhere, I hope, and if you wait too long, it may be harder to get back into it...my company also is paying for my grad studies, which is a plus, and since your company is offering you the same, take advantage! Grad school can be expensive and you want to avoid taking loans as much as you can. It can get overwhelming sometimes and I wish I had more time for myself, but it's very competitive out there these days and the time to act is now. Good luck - keep us posted!
