i mean, that's the test i had done, they took some blood and tested for a whole bunch of std's at once inc herpes type 1 and 2

Things to avoid to prevent further outbreaks (i am absolutely serious):
- chocolate
- any type of nut (they are high in arginine, an amino acid the herpes virus uses to replicate)
- stress

Just be sure to get lots of rest whenever possible.

i have NEVER got a cold sore, call me lucky i guess...i did have a guy i know roll up and smoke with me and some friends and he has brohncitis

yeah the problem is catching cold/flu from smoking buddies. thats the only constant/real threat i deal with. Consequently, im sick quite often. But no matter how sick i am, i will consume the herb

. Smoking wen u got the cold is refreshing, getting rid of all that mucus in your throat.... it has its benefits lol
