One word describes the look of this car.
STUNNING The very fact that it's got a folding roof and still looks this good is definitely the exception to the rule because almost all other look dire, apart from the new Z4 of course. It's a bit porky for a Lotus but at the same time the thing is packing some serious power that can easily overcome this. No doubt it will be one of the best handling in the class if not the best but my only concern is it's build quality and reliability, Lotus are great at many things but not these two and at this suggested price both these issues will be to be perfect. Everything I see I like but will hold judgement until it arrives. |

I like it!
It looks like they crossed the LF-A with an Aston Martin.

It is funny that Lotus takes more advantage of the relationship with Toyota/Lexus. Toyota/Lexus lacks sexy coupes.
Lotus: "Give us the engines Toyota & we will show you what we can do with them" Toyota: "What do we get in return besides cash for our engines"?

Seriously you look at a Merc SL500 and just by virtue of how the car looks you expect a certain level of performance. Unfortunately it was just shy of what I'd consider to be bear minimum standards. I suppose that's why they have replaced the base model with the SL550. |

Looks great to me. And if that's truly how the hard top convertible will look... just wow. What reason do you have for not getting a convertible when they start looking that good.

Lotus is going to make a 3700lb car with a V8 while BMW is going to make a FWD with a 4 banger?
Third sign of the Apocalypse. Shutter your windows folks.

Reminds me very much of the Maserati Gran Turismo I almost bought after my 4200GT was totalled, just couldn't justify the spending for that one.
