As much as all chili looks like shit, Wendys chili actually tastes like it. I never understood why they keep it on the menu if none gets it. To my absolute horror, apparently someone actually does get it. Please note the resemblance of the stuff coming out of your body to the wonderful cup you had earlier. Vow to never eat it again.

Had food poisoning twice. First time was lunch, smoked salmon and starting getting symptoms 5 hours later. Second time was eating a steak medium rare for lunch and reacting negatively 36 hours later. Just drink water and when it's all over, reintroduce easy to digest foods and then go back to full solids.

Thanks for the advice.

So I stayed up until 1am last night until I was feeling a little better so I could finally sleep - watched Being John Malkovich for the first time, awesome movie btw. Woke up this morning, no more throwing up, but still have the runs. I could drink water now, but don't feel like eating anything. Probably lost a couple of pounds since yesterday. I should be able to return to work tomorrow.

You should start by eating plain yogurt for a day or two. After that, you can go back to drive through at Burger King if you wish.
