I used to have snakes. First one I caught when walking to school in 3rd grade. A Eastern milk snake. Promply escaped in the house 2 days after capture, never found him. I've had many since then. Boas, Burmese, black racer, rat, honduran milk snake and even 2 Pygmy rattlesnakes I caught in Florida and kept for a couple years.
Right now Im 'baby sitting' my nephews Ball Ptython while hes off in Iraq. |

I've always liked snakes, but never had one.
A buddy of mine had one. His g/f wasn't too hip on the snake, but she went nuclear when she found out he would defrost the frozen rats in the microwave. Whatever snake he had was super docile and liked to chill out on your arm. I liked it. If I had the space for a huge tank I'd get some turtles. |

my buddy used to have this 8ft boa. cool snake, pretty docile. one day she just disappeared. might have escaped out through a vent or died somewhere in the walls; who knows... wonder whatever happened to her.
