Hmmm, tuner cars all gathered in a parking lot? Sure as hell they deserved that letter. Were they charged with anything? No. No harm, no foul. Now if they actually were doing something illegal, they'd think twice about doing it again, which is a good thing. Since they weren't, they suffered in no way, shape or form. Why are you complaining? Should the police let the stupid ricer morons endanger innocent drivers? (Including the law abiding Evo drivers who received these letters)

They have nothing but hearsay is what that letter reads. Don't let it bother you, means nothing. Send a picture of your car at the racetrack to the Chief of Police with a big smile.
