well hopefully you've got at least emails saying they refuse to accept the deposit within 24 hours, or something in writing, otherwise your case isn't too strong.

I called and the first thing out his mouth is I'm not going to sell you the car for the price you won it at. I'm done and that is final.

I asked him to email me that he is refusing my deposit and he said NO he is done and I will get no where with this.
