Actually that's pretty close lol, they actually slit the throat and let the blood drain out. Then we boil the duck and de-feather it. We cut the meat into pieces and pour the blood into it. Then we add peanut, lime, cilantro, and eat it on a rice cracker

Veal osso bucco. I honestly can't eat it in a civil manner...the plate's devoured in a few mins. Meat falls right off the bone. Gotta have the mashed and greens to go with it.
