Picked mine up today and no dents - very happy. Still getting use to the size compared to my X5 but does feel bigger than my wife’s old X3. It certainly has pep even in personal mode and corners with poise.

Car was debadged and black ones will be added next week.

I read that a lot. But it’s mostly by people who never owned the color. Is that just a rumor, or do actual owners of the frozen colors say it is very difficult to maintain? Let’s hear from the frozen color owners……

A lot of people say the G45 feels bigger than the G01 but I get the opposite impression. The G45 feels slightly smaller to me. The roof level is lower. The seat level is lower. The front windshield is definitely noticeably smaller. The overall greenhouse space is smaller. When sitting inside the G45, it feels slighter more cramped than the G01. Just my opinion.

I'm not an owner but from what owners post and articles say, it is not difficult at all if you like to hand wash. Make sure you get the correct soap and never use a wax or polish and you should be fine.

Yes, they do.

And that's even the best way to get a frozen colored car. Get the color you want in gloss finish and get it wrapped in frozen PPF.

Thanks. I did have the black matte ones but decided to change over to the silver ones to match the car color.

The bicolor 1037ms are the only wheels I liked, they're a bit like Temu versions of the classic 437ms but are overall much better than the other options

Beautiful car, my wife's arrived yesterday so I'll get photos as soon as my detailer has given it a bath (didn't trust the dealer wash after seeing a dude slopping cars with a dirty rag in their parking lot)

Good afternoon,

First time posting, but have been following the conversation with interest since ordering our X3 M50 on 10/1.

This will be our first BMW and so the order experience so far has been exciting/frustrating. We were a slated for build week 46 (11/11-11/15) which ended up being completed early on 11/08 (wk 45). Since then the app/website has it sitting in QC (16 days). Strangely, the Genius automated response on entering the production# mentions completed production on 11/08, QC checks complete and is awaiting release to the carrier.

I'm sure this is just a waiting game at this point, so I'm curious how many of you fine folks are in the same boat at the moment.

Mine was completed on 11/22 and genius says waiting to be released for transport. My garage says still in qc. If you don’t take delivery till after 12/2 the Dec incentives will be out.

Car was built on November 21 and arrived today at the dealer in Houston. I was in to get my trade in evaluated and able to have a first look. Beautiful in Tanzanite and will pick her up on Wednesday. Not even a month from order to pick up, definitely beat my expectations.
