I usually just go back to my office and take a nap after lunch. Then I go on break. Then when I come back from break, I take a break from my break, then I go home.

I don't have a set schedule. Sometimes I'll eat at 11, 12, 1, or 2 even. Then I usually take a 45 minutes to an hour to use the gym up front. The rest of the day is usually consumed by meetings, then about 1 hour of the day I can actually get things done.


Damn corporate America.
