This one actually had smaller ones on the fenders as well, I just didn't photo them. Maybe those are the ones I saw on an image search that make me think they were factory-fake! But even then, non-US.

Not fake but more and more cars in my city seems to colour, replace or scrape theirs so it turns black, is this some kind of trend among the kids these days? What gives? O.o

I did this because I don't like the shiny chrome 540 badge. If it was the same color as the 550 badge I would leave it but the chrome just didn't look right withe the other black accents

If it’s a 535i F10 with ///M sport package, there’s really nothing about that one that is fake. It is an aftermarket non-OEM badge though.

Problem with all these fake badges is the people who put them on are so lazy. Crooked emblem , mismatched size, chipping paint etc… If the fake badge people cared about the look and took time to make the car look nice I would have a little more respect for them.
