I don't usually welcome the rain but at least it helps getting rid of the mountain of salt on the roads.

Beautiful day today. Sunny and 68°F with a high forecasted to be 71.

Another record day. Sunny at 14.4°C (57.9°F) on my way home from work @ 15:00.

By the time I got there, 30 minutes later, the sky was dark with lightning and thunder.

We now have a Flash Freeze Warning as the temperature will plumet to -12°C (6.8°F) overnight

Flawless since we got it 13 years ago, run a Natural Gas (or Propane). There is constantly a 10 year warranty promotion.

A couple of Summer ago, it ran nonstop for 98 hrs.

People lose power here in Socal frequently because of wind, heat, wildfires, etc. We've been lucky, haven't lost power here in the almost 33 years we've lived in our home except for very short periods, like an hour or so.

It was -5°C (23°F) when I got home but very windy. Went for what was probably the last outing in the trail as starting tomorrow the next week is way above average and freezing. Early summer temperature on Tuesday.

Rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat: 32-33F every night and snow coming and going, but then some melting during the day. Probably six inches total but never that much on the ground. The forecast is for more of the same for the next few days.
