In the end it was garlic chicken with potato wedges cooked in normal oven with side salad to which I added beetroot and garlic, a good cold and flu fighter. Beetroot is good for the blood.

1 Tbspn sugar
Qtr cup of Olive Oil

Combine all ingredients and shake vigorously in a bottle! Pour over chicken in gallon sized zip lock bags.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Now you can grill, bake or pan fry to your desired doneness. ��*��

WHAT??? How can this be Jerk Chicken without a fresh Yellow/Orange Scotch Bonnet Pepper in the recipe???

Begs to answer the age old question:

Pizza!

Usual crust with 50/50 Tipo 00 and semolina rimacinata

Fresh basil, lots of it
Dried rosemary, oregano and thyme
Salt and pepper
EVOO
sauce
fresh mozz
red onion
pepperoni
shaved parmesan

Served with arugula dressed with EVOO and balsamic glaze. Grapes for dessert.

Not a fan. I like a nice thick juicy burger, not one that has been run over with a 10 ton roller and then cooked to the point of being crunchy.

They do have decent shakes though.
