I found a great forearm workout, that also does the lower back and hammies at the same time.

Rented a roto-tiller to do the garden before I put it to sleep for the winter. Picked it up about 8, was back at the store around 10:15. I only live about 5 minutes from the store.

Don't follow the tiller the way the tines move it, pull it backwards through the soil! I went across both directions about 3 times each in that two hours. I had to get some gloves on to create a bit more friction because I couldn't hold onto the controls by the end.
That night when I played soccer, I had to come out early due to twinges in the hammies.

Agreed, I used one for the first time this spring and it sure was a workout on the forearms. So why are you tilling it up for the winter? Should I do mine too?

I mix in all the new additives before I cover it all with a tarp and "put it to bed" for the season. Things are nicely mixed but will still migrate a bit, and I won't have to weed it come spring. I put all the peat moss in this year, things were getting a bit too sandy and I couldn't maintain the mounds for watering around individual plants.

Get your nutrition in check, guys! Your health is the most important thing that you have. Take care of it, and it will take care of you. For one thing, losing weight is 80% nutrition and 20% physical activity...

If you eat like shit, you will look like shit, and 100% always have shit health...

Some good foods to try out:

Fats: coconut oil, peanut butter, olive oil, macadamia oil, nuts, avocados

Complex carbs: sweet potato, rice, rolled oats, veggies

Simple carbs: bananas, strawberries, and any dark fruit (loaded with antioxidants)

Protein: beef, fish, chicken, quinoa, cottage cheese

Get that IIFYM bullshit out of here, QUALITY of food DOES matter!

Killed legs today!! Leg extensions followed by squats, leg press, standing dumbbell lunges, standing hamstring curls, and laying hamstring curls. Bit of ab work at the end. Grow motha fuckas, GROW!

Feeling great, feel like tipping over standing in line at Chipotle. Can't even stand up. Lol

If any of you guys use the excuse, "it's snowing", or "because Thanksgiving", I will destroy you in next week's illustration. Try me.

Get in the gym and get it done, I will be asking who hit the gym over this weekend and who did not, I expect answers, specifically, a "yes".

I took the opportunity to work shoulders by carrying all the tables and chairs as far from my sides as I could. Already know the gym hours are 8-12 tomorrow, planning legs about 830

I just noticed a pain in my left arm on the outside of my elbow, my lower right chest more like my ribs hurt when I apply pressure on it and my left chest right before it connects to my arm pit that only hurts when i lift up my left arm above my head and plus it's thanksgiving.

Always reminds me of 3's company where Jack is sore and Chrissy is seductively whispering she knows how to make it feel better:

GET BACK IN THE GYM!!!!!

Ahhh, Jack Tripper and the girls. One of my favorite sitcoms as a kid growing up. I've been catching the reruns on Antenna TV lately and now I get a lot of the jokes with the sexual undertones and there's a lot of them too..

I left the house at 9. It was a bit chilly but I knew I could only wear a shirt for squishy. I think it was 63

Ran the mile to the gym, then did an hour of legs. Ran the mile back home without the shirt since it was probably 75 by then

So I don't exactly have a real course of action, but I am happy to say that I've made it to the gym consistently every day at work for at least 45 mins.

However, the only working out I did over thanksgiving was mouth exercises at dinner and some pelvic thrusting in the sack, so today should be interesting.

I don't have any lame excuses as to why I didn't workout over the weekend. My thoughts are that I don't give a ^&@! and I took the time off because I wanted to eat and be with family.

That being said, I am hitting it hard today. I only missed 4 days, so I will be fresh today.

I actually felt bad because I finally got back in the groove of going every day....., right before the damn holidays lol.

I was pretty achy since I've been increasing weight, so the time off was actually probably much needed. Today will be a great kick off to get back in.

Back/bi Saturday morning. Delts/traps yesterday afternoon. Was thinking legs tonight, but it's supposed to rain buckets tomorrow so may need to swap to chest/tri so I'm not wobbly in the mud rescuing my chickens from the mud/flood.
